Lightening Radiant Peel

As we age, dead skin cells do not slough off as easily as when we were younger, thereby causing the skin to be dull-looking. The Rejuvenating Peel involves using a chemical solution applied to the skin to cause gentle exfoliation and peel away the top layer of the skin to reveal a smoother regenerated skin. Chemical peels exfoliate dead skin cells and can improve texture, acne, sun damage and congested pores. This procedure is recommended for sun-damaged, unevenly pigmented and wrinkled skin, it can also improve acne-prone skin.
The Lightening Radiant Peel can:
- Brighten your skin
- Lighten unwanted pigmentation
- Even out skin tone
- Lighten acne blemishes
- Improve fine lines and wrinkles
- Increase collagen production
- Smooth out rough skin
This procedure is performed by a board-certified dermatologist.
Botox Injection

This nonsurgical procedure is used to successfully treat wrinkles and frown lines by relaxing the facial muscles. By injecting the targeted muscles, it causes the wrinkles to relax and soften. The Botox is injected with a fine needle into the specific muscles with only minor discomfort. This procedure is performed by a board-certified dermatologist.
Microneedling

As we age, our skin becomes loose and saggy due to decrease in collagen production. This safe and nonsurgical procedure makes use of a device that creates micro-injuries on the skin, thereby promoting collagen and elastin production. This results in younger looking and tighter skin, improving the texture and appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. This procedure can also be used to improve acne scars and stretch marks. This procedure is performed by a board-certified dermatologist.
Cavislim Body Contouring

Cavislim Body Contouring is a nonsurgical procedure based on low-frequency ultrasound to target fat cells and eliminate it safely through the lymphatic system. This treatment is used to reduce stubborn fat that won’t go away with diet and exercise. It is a completely natural process of allowing the body to breakdown its own fat.
Areas that can be treated are:
- Tummy
- Thighs
- Bra line
- Upper arm
- Double chin
Microdermabrasion (Diamond Peel)

Microdermabrasion or Diamond Peel is a safe and effective procedure that involves mechanical exfoliation of the outermost layer of the skin. It removes excess oil, dirt, and dead cells on the skin’s surface to reveal younger smoother and radiant skin. The genuine laser-cut diamond tips gently exfoliate the skin without cutting or scratching, while a vacuum control stimulates production of collagen and elastin, thereby improving the overall quality and appearance of your skin. Combining the uniformity of each treatment tip with precise vacuum pressure ensures maximum control of exfoliation and at consistent treatment depths. This treatment offers a unique experience that is relaxing, enjoyable and delivers results. This procedure is recommended to be done every 2 to 3 weeks apart.

Cautery for Warts
Electrocauterization or cautery is a procedure that uses electricity to heat tissue in order to treat warts on various areas of the body. During the procedure, the electric current does not enter the body, only the heated tip of the probe comes into contact with tissue. The heat seals or removes the tissue it touches. This procedure is safe and has minimal downtime, and is performed by a board-certified dermatologist.
At Magallanes Skin and Wellness Clinic, we only use Conmed Hyfecator 2000™, a superior cautery machine from USA.
Varicose vein treatment
This minimally invasive procedure is used to effectively treat varicose veins. A solution is injected into the vein, thereby irritating the lining of the blood vessel, causing the varicose vein to collapse and become a scar tissue which eventually diminishes the appearance of the targeted veins. This treatment can also reduce the symptoms of dull aching pain felt due to the varicose veins. There is little to no downtime associated with this treatment, and you’ll most likely able to return to your everyday activities immediately. This procedure is performed by a board-certified dermatologist.
